I got knock offs. I received a case of mre's in a sealed box and banded. the box was labeled "sure-pack" by sopakco inc. no date on box,SO THE RED FLAGS STARTED FLYING. so, I open the case and found the mre pouches were clear and there were no heaters either. needless to say I was not surprised.. so you guys that got the real deal. thumbs up!! but buyers beware.. 14 of 14 people found the following review helpful  Soldier Approved, By T. From the looks of the packaging, these MRE's have been cycled out of usage by the US military. The bar code was missing as was the nylon banding around the box. The inspection date was 2013- normally when we get these out in the field the inspection date is 4-5 years out, not one. I had one MRE that had moldy wheat bread, but I didn't have an issue with any other food out of the two boxes (A & B) I purchased. They make great meals for camping or road trips.
